SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Bambina.
We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after payment has been successfully received.
Please note that orders are processed during business days only (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During collection launches, promotional campaigns, festive periods, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination and the weight of your order.
At this time, Bambina does not offer free shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
All shipments are fulfilled through our courier partners via EasyParcel. Tracking updates are managed by the respective courier service and may take some time to appear after your parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service.
Malaysia
• West Malaysia: Approximately 1–5 working days after dispatch
• East Malaysia: Approximately 3–10 working days after dispatch
International Destinations
Delivery times vary by country and customs clearance processes. Estimated shipping timelines will be provided at checkout where available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid to Bambina.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided during checkout are accurate and complete.
Bambina is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier disruptions, weather conditions, customs inspections, public holidays, or peak shipping periods.
Bambina shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the courier provider to investigate the matter and assist where possible. Please note that investigation timelines are subject to the courier's process and policies.
