Fabric Care - How should I care for my Bambina pieces?

To keep your Bambina pieces looking and feeling beautiful for longer, we recommend following the care instructions below:

  • Hand wash or use a gentle machine wash cycle with cold water
  • Use mild detergent only. Do not use harsh chemicals or bleach
  • Avoid wringing, twisting or soaking for long periods
  • Do not tumble dry; air dry in a shaded area instead
  • Iron on a low heat setting, preferably on the reverse side of the fabric

Please note that natural fabrics and delicate materials may experience slight changes over time with regular wear and washing. Proper care helps maintain the quality, shape, and longevity of your garments.

Sizing - How do I choose my size?

Bambina pieces are designed with our signature oversized silhouette, so we always recommend checking your body measurements instead of choosing based on your usual clothing size.

The three most important measurements are:

  • Height
  • Chest
  • Hips

As a general guide in terms of height:

  • 148 – 155 cm: Xshmoll
  • 156 – 165 cm: Shmoll
  • 166 cm & above: Loose

This is only a general recommendation. Your bust, waist and hip measurements should always be the main deciding factor.

Sizing - I'm between sizes. Which one should I choose?

If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing based on your bust and hip measurements, as these usually provide the best fit.

If you prefer a more oversized look, you may also size up.

Orders & Shipping - Can I edit or cancel my order after I have checked out?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to edit or cancel orders once they have been placed, as our team begins processing them as quickly as possible.

Important before checking out: Please ensure your item(s), size(s), colour(s), and shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.

Orders & Shipping - How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders are processed within 1 – 3 working days after payment has been received.

Please note that during collection launches, festive seasons or promotional campaigns, processing may take a little longer.

Orders & Shipping - How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

West Malaysia
1 – 5 working days after dispatch

East Malaysia
3 – 10 working days after dispatch

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Orders & Shipping - Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to selected countries across Asia, Oceania, Europe, North America and Africa. Please refer to our Shipping Policy here.

If your country isn't listed at checkout, feel free to contact us and we'll see if shipping can be arranged.

Orders & Shipping - How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight.

Orders & Shipping - How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges - Can I return my order?

We do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged if they meet our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • With original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.

Strictly no exchanges for sale items.

Returns & Exchanges - How many days do I have to request an exchange?

Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 working days from the date you received your order.

Returns & Exchanges - How do I request an exchange?

All exchange requests must be submitted through our Returns & Exchanges Form.

Requests made via Instagram DM, WhatsApp or email cannot be processed.

Returns & Exchanges - Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange.

We recommend using a trackable courier service when sending your parcel back to us.

Returns & Exchanges - What should I do if I receive a damaged item or notice a defect?

We're so sorry to hear that.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item, including the affected area
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your case and, if the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (subject to stock availability), or store credit where applicable.

Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper washing, ironing, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.
