Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bambina pieces. Please read the policy below carefully before submitting an exchange request.

Exchange Window

  • Exchanges are allowed within 10 working days from receiving your order.
  • Requests submitted after 10 working days will not be accepted.

Item Condition

  • Items must be:
    1. Unworn
    2. Unwashed
    3. Unaltered
    4. With original tags attached
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.

How to Request an Exchange

Exchange Method

  • Approved exchanges can be:
    1. Returned via courier (customer bears shipping cost), or
    2. Exchanged at our physical store (To contact our care service)

Stock Availability

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • We do not guarantee availability of sizes, colours, or designs.

If Exchange Is Not Available

  • store credit of equal item value will be issued.
  • Store credit:
    1. Is non-refundable
    2. Excludes delivery fees
    3. Can be used for future purchases

Refund Policy

  • Bambina does not offer refunds. Approved requests will be resolved via exchange or store credit only.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Accessories / innerwear (if applicable)
  • Custom or altered items

Faulty, Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in ensuring every Bambina piece meets our quality standards. If you believe you have received an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Kindly email us at bambinabambino.my@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item, including the affected area
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your case and, if the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (subject to stock availability), or store credit where applicable.

Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper washing, ironing, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.


Steps to Return / Exchange

Step 1: Submit the Exchange & Return Form
All requests must be submitted via our Returns & Exchanges Form.
Requests via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email will not be processed. 

IMPORTANT - In the Notes section, please specify your preferred choice of: 

  1. Product Name 
  2. Size
  3. Colour

Please note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Step 2: Return Your Item
Upon submitting the form, kindly return your item to us immediately using a trackable courier service.

Please note:

  • All return shipments are sent at the customer’s own responsibility and risk
  • Bambina will only process the exchange or store credit after the item has been received and inspected at our studio
  • Our team will contact you to arrange payment for the return shipping fee via EasyParcel

     

Step 3: Processing Period
Once your item is received at our studio, please allow 3–5 working days for processing.

Step 4: Outcome

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are not guaranteed
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit of equal value will be issued for future use
