RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to exchange an item, please review our exchange policy below.

  • Items can be exchanged within 7 business days from the date of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • All online exchange requests must be submitted via the Exchange Page on our website.
  • Customers must return the item via a trackable courier service at their own cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Proof of purchase (email receipt or order number) is required.
  • If the item you want is out of stock, you may choose another item.
  • If the new item is of a lower value, the balance will not be refunded.
  • No cash refunds are provided. If an exchange is not possible, store credit store credit or an online voucher code will be issued.
  • Store credit issued will be for the item value only (excluding delivery costs).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email if the exchange is approved.
