RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to exchange an item, please review our exchange policy below.
- Items can be exchanged within 7 business days from the date of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- All online exchange requests must be submitted via the Exchange Page on our website.
- Customers must return the item via a trackable courier service at their own cost.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Proof of purchase (email receipt or order number) is required.
- If the item you want is out of stock, you may choose another item.
- If the new item is of a lower value, the balance will not be refunded.
- No cash refunds are provided. If an exchange is not possible, store credit store credit or an online voucher code will be issued.
- Store credit issued will be for the item value only (excluding delivery costs).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email if the exchange is approved.
