Pilates & Giggles – 14 June 2025

A lighthearted, beginner-friendly morning of movement, breath, and a sprinkle of fun, because we believe fitness should feel good, not forced. Come stretch it out, reset your energy, and start your weekend on the right foot (and with the right people!).

Lead by our Pilates instructor Nadihan from Moov Pilates.

🕒 Time Slots: 7:30 AM or 8:30 AM (only 10 slots per session)

✨ What to bring or wear:
– Your own mat (or request one from us)
– Water bottle
– Comfy clothes you can move in

We’re keeping it small, cosy, and intentional,  just how we like it.
